Julian Martinez

Baseball Instructor

Julian's baseball journey began right here in Pacifica, where he started playing Little League. He quickly distinguished himself as a key player on the All-Star team that won the district championship. In high school, Julian showcased his versatility by playing both infield and outfield at Junípero Serra, where he refined his hitting skills under the guidance of a former Major League Baseball hitting coach. Today, Julian remains deeply connected to the Pacifica baseball community, coaching players in hitting and defensive skills and helping them elevate their game. Looking ahead, he is excited to offer lessons for younger baseball players, sharing his knowledge and passion for the sport with the next generation.

Jared Milch

Pitching Baseball Instructor

Jared's journey began at Terra Nova High School in 2014, where his exceptional talents shone brightly. As a standout graduate, he transitioned to CSM College, where his pitching prowess led him to hold the lowest ERA in California for several weeks. Continuing his trajectory of success, Jared earned a coveted scholarship to play Division 1 baseball at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. There, he dominated as the Friday Night ace, showcasing his remarkable skills on the mound. Despite facing an injury setback in the Frontier League, a prestigious MLB partner league, Jared's passion for the game remains unwavering. Now, he returns to Terra Nova as the head varsity baseball coach, and also as an instructor at the Cages imparting his expertise to the next generation of players. 2025 PAL Ocean Division Coach of the Year Winner

Connor Uter

Baseball Instructor

Connor, a standout athlete, completed his high school journey at Terra Nova High School in 2021, leaving a lasting mark on the baseball field throughout all four years. Excelling both as a pitcher and infielder, he demonstrated unparalleled dedication and skill. Continuing his passion for the sport, Connor embarked on the next chapter of his athletic career at the esteemed College of San Mateo, where he has spent two formidable years refining his prowess as a pitcher. Additionally, he showcased his talent during the summer seasons with the West Coast Kings, earning the prestigious title of first-team all-conference as a stellar starting pitcher. Connor will be offering hitting, pitching, and defensive lessons.

Aiden James

Baseball Instructor

Aiden has been around baseball since a young age and turned it into a real passion during his four years at Terra Nova High School. A two-way player, he contributed on both the mound and at the plate, earning MVP honors as both a freshman and senior.In his senior year, he hit five home runs and finished his pitching career with a 2.57 ERA across 140+ innings. Aiden has always spent extra time studying the game—working on mechanics, learning new training approaches, and finding ways to improve. He now brings that same mindset into coaching, focused on helping younger players develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game.

Mikayla Verni

Softball Instructor

Mikayla emerged as a force to be reckoned with during her illustrious high school career at Christopher High School, where she held the esteemed position of a four-year varsity starter. Her exceptional talents on the field were duly recognized with consecutive accolades as a second-team all-league honoree for two consecutive years. Transitioning seamlessly to the collegiate level, Mikayla now proudly dons the jerseys of the College of San Mateo, showcasing her versatility as both a catcher and first baseman. Furthermore, Mikayla also coaches the PGSL Girls 12u team, imparting her knowledge and passion for the game. Eager to extend her expertise further, Mikayla enthusiastically offers personalized lessons in hitting and catching to aspiring athletes.
